Hear My Roar Young Writers Group

At Eden Court we are delighted on launching our first Highland-wide online Young Writers group as part of a new project called Hear My Roar funded by Youth Theatre Arts Scotland.

The project has capacity for x 8 young writers, and as a starting point we are reaching out to Secondary Schools that are the furthest distance from Inverness. The sessions will be held online, and so, we hope that participants will be based all over the region. The first session is on Tuesday 22nd November at 6pm and there will be 4 weekly sessions before the Christmas holidays, with a further weekly sessions planned in the New Year. The writers will collaborate on a new script which will be performed by Eden Court Youth Theatre in June 2023.

This is for students aged 14-18 who have an real interest in creative writing and might be looking for a safe space to develop their work with other young writers. See THS Facebook page for application form.
