Well done to the 9 girls who completed their Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition. They walked approximately 35 miles from Westerdale to Berriedale over 3 days over a variety of terrains. Fortunately, despite fresh winds on Day 3 the groups experienced no rain. Evening meals were cooked at the end of each day varying from Pot Noodles to Butternut Squash curry. Congratulations to all of the girls on completing their hike in high spirits which such enthusiasm.
